The Two Door Cinema Club is primarily a style (yes, they are British) and is mostly a tie, the singer Alex Trimble. These young people come straight from Northern Ireland, they formed TDCC in 2007, attracted the attention of the curious with their Myspace page, remixed Lasso Phoenix and Salt Air of Chew Lips and boom in 2009, the consecration, a signature on the label Kitsuné and a debut album in 2010, Tourist History .
Observers multiply affiliations, Bloc Party, Franz Ferdinand or Phoenix, no less! Tourist History is full of nuggets, I Can Talk , Undercover Martyn , Eat That Up, It's Good For You , etc. ... With their energetic style and rhythmic TDCC connects the tubes and made a havoc on the dancefloors. After a spell at Bournemouth and at Rock en Seine, we can see them in France in mid-November for a mini-tour that will finish at the Olympia on 25/11. But the question that often arises is: What will remain there once the fad fell? Because even if TDCC take a good wave of freshness, you can not say they are revolutionizing the music for their originality, so we expect the second album and hope it is as gratifying as the first.
